Details

Strongbridge electrofusion processors are capable of fusing all currently available universally barcoded electrofusion fittings. Fusions are made easy with our intuitive user interface, SmartScan barcode scanner, and simplified step-by-step process. Strongbridge processors can also be operated in two additional manual input modes for maximum flexibility.

All fusion data is stored internally and can easily be downloaded via Bluetooth or an external USB storage device, depending on your processor model. Up to 37 points of data can be captured per fusion, including fusion voltage and time, ambient temperature, current, operator identifier, and more.

Our 240V processor is capable of fusing all sizes of electrofusion fittings at voltages ranging from 8 to 48 volts, while our 120V processor is capable of fusing fittings up to 24” at voltages ranging from 8 to 48 volts.

Software & Apps

Fusion data from Strongbridge electrofusion processors can be downloaded to an external USB storage device or directly to a computer via USB using a standard USB A to B cable and EF Technologies' Windows desktop software. For models equipped with Bluetooth, fusion data can also be accessed using EF Technologies' Android or Apple apps.
